CROSSING THE VALLEY

If we go ever upward

Will we reach the mountain peak?

But what if there´s a valley

Between us and what we seek?

Harmony is a goal

Worthy of attention.

But in the presence of falsehood

There may need to be dissension.

Perfection is sought

But to gain this we must

Experience mistakes

´Til we learn what to trust.

Unity we want

But to reach the ideal

It must be built from diversity

Only then will it be real.

Si vamos siempre hacia arriba

La cima de la montaña Alcanzaremos ?

Pero , que tal si existe un valle

Entre nosotros y lo que divisamos?

La armonia es una meta

Digna de atención.

Y en presencia de la falsedad

Puede surgir la  disención.

La perfección es contemplada

Pero se nos exige al buscar

Experimentar los errores

Hasta aprender en que confiar

La unidad deseamos

Pero  llegar a este ideal

Ha de basarse en la diversidad

Solo entonces será real.
