From being bound by rules.
Machine-like are such people.
They´re nothing more than tools.
Machines cannot be sensitive
To the needs and feelings of
The people whom they serve.
They ´re incapable of love.
Machines can´t be responsible
For seing a task through.
They do not care at all
About whatever they may do.
Machines! They do not think.
If they are given error,
They propagate it on
And repeat it o´er and o´er.
Employers do you want
Workers like machines?
Or would you rather have
Thinking, feeling human beings?

La automatización es el producto
De estar limitado por reglas impuestas
Y como máquinas son aquellas personas
Que no son más que herrramientas.
Las máquinas no son sensibles
A las necesidades y a sensibilizar
Con aquellos a quienes sirven.
Tambien son incapaces de amar
Las máquinas no se responsabilizan
De tener tareas a supervisar .
Tampoco se preocupan
De las cosas que han de realizar.
Maquinas! Ellas no piensan.
Si se les propone un error,
Simplemente lo propagan
Y lo repiten una y otra vez.
Empleadores, acaso quereis
Máquinas de tus trabajadores?
O mejor que esto tendreis
Seres humanos sensibles y pensadores?
